We will send an experienced engineer to your facility for an on-site review of your existing dust collection or central vacuum system or systems.
During that visit we will gather analytical data such as air flow, static pressure, fan amperages, differential pressures, etc. We will also make observations of dust generating processes and activities and consult with area operators to gain a better understanding of the objectives and issues.
Following the site visit we will prepare a comprehensive written report that will provide a schematic flow diagram or isometric drawing of the system, evaluation of the performance (both measured and observed) and then conclusions and recommendations for system improvement. We can offer various levels of service depending on your needs, from simple stop by visits to full engineering studies.
